This weeks iso update includes a new Openbox menu option, called Settings. I have put in two sub menus one for Openbox configuration and one for Pacman to set up servers. Uploading a new iso image, mostly with minor changes to Openbox configuration. Applications now have an active border that matches titlebars, makes active windows stand out more. Focus now follows mouse rather than having to click on window. Also removed animation, speeds up raising an lowering windows. Added an active border to fullscreen terminal [Super+Return] … Messing with Openbox settings….

Been working on getting JWM set up, some progress but also problems. JWM does things Openbox does not, it comes with a panel, dock. Its config is very like Openbox but much easier to understand. ArchBang has been shipped with other windows manager in the past with little success and always ended up back with Openbox. Have been working on a simple script that can setup archlinux servers via rofi. It is still very much work in progress but hope I can get something to work from openbox menu in the near future. Two problems I have are that you need to backup and restore mirrorlist for script to work repeatedly. … Easy way to set up servers….
