Well still looking for the perfect autumn background but have uploaded a new iso image. Have gone ‘rc’ as I am going to start working on autumn release over next few weeks. Been a couple of weeks since last update so figured it is time for a new iso. Updated packages and a new feature. Openbox now comes with Rofi launcher, simply hit Super + d to see it in action. Have not themed it yet [not figured out how to do it! other than it is … New iso and a new feature….
Have uploaded a new iso to bring kernel up to date. Switched back background and during install removed /etc/skel [ablive home files]. Not quite ready to start Autumn release just yet, got no background to work am thinking a gold/brown colour [sounds very Ubuntu to me!]. Am currently uploading an updated iso after my desktop PSU failed. Very odd that a power supply would fail after only two years, guess I need to look at trying to get my money back. Got myself a Corsair CX650F RGB which has the advantage of being modular, in as much as you only need … New PSU so back in action
Have had some feedback regarding iso in regards to grub via installer. Not had much time to fully test if there is an issue am hoping update will fix any issue. Network Manager also was giving issues [mostly under i3 Window Manager] but I have made some small changes to see if it will work … Update minor changes and Project Vole
Am uploading a beta iso that includes i3 window manager. It is still very much work in progress but you can test it out simply by selecting i3 from boot menu. Still not decided which panel to go with or made any major changes to i3status bar. Tried to keep keybinds as close to Openbox … Beta i3 Window Manager iso now available
