Over the past seven days I have had over 3000 downloads which in the history of Archbang is insane. Now I know the reason for the increased interest [thanks Wes!] an article on 9-5Linux which you can read here
Any exposure is a good thing and it has certainly helps, but the article is a little odd in it focuses on wmenu rather than recent switch to Labwc. Also it mentions 6.18 LTS, again have always run Archlinux mainline kernel and not LTS version.
On the Labwc front I have updated archbang.org to reflect change too, did update sourceforge but forgot my own website doh!
In other news SwayBANG will return in the near future more as a testing ground but I want to explore changes to installer which are long overdue. As I run Sway daily it makes developing quicker for me. Will get something uploaded over weekend as well as updated ArchBANG image.
With February fast approaching might be time for look and theme change.
