I am the first to admit that I sometimes make mistakes, am human after all. Something has been bothering me for a couple of weeks now mostly about the rebrand. It has been a complete and utter failure! Thought that by changing name and adding merch it would add more funding to the project. Other than myself purchasing a greenbang mug have had zero sales.
Should have known from the start that a brand like ArchBang that has stood for near twenty years, making changes would not do project any favours. Search engines will of course find ArchBang before GreenBANG and reduces traffic and then of course downloads.
What is the plan?
I have started to recreate ArchBang source files, github repository and added a download folder on sourceforge. It will take time to switch things back and make all the changes I need to get back to where I was.
Have uploaded a new greenbang iso to keep things going but it will be the last. For now I will put a hold on SwayBANG too, downloads are pretty low so it can wait for a few weeks.
