Turns out Archlinux updated kernel the day after I uploaded Winter release, so I have rebuilt using new kernel… Have removed auto log in post install, this simply means you will be dropped to text log in asking for username and password. Pleased to announce ArchBang Winter Iso. Firefox returns as well as Gparted, new themes and wallpaper. Packages up to date (as of 01/01/20). Am going to look at changing autologin for post install as I think it is confusing to new users. Just uploaded a new iso Gparted is back. Have removed spectrwm tiling window manager, going to switch window manager in Vole (more on that in the new year). Have been working on Project Vole iso. It is now based on Artix Linux, systemd free (runit). Iso is very beta!!! but boots and reaches desktop. Open a terminal using Super+Return and away you go.
