Have had quite a bit of feedback on SwayBang, one user has given me plenty to think about. Am uploading a new iso image with quite a few small changes. So iso image 0806 is not working, thanks to everyone for letting me know. Quite a easy fix as I had simply mixed up .bash_profile with the one for SwayBang ;-( As you can see all is well again in the world, am uploading a new image now. Only human and I do make mistakes, … Well that did not go as planned….. ;-(
Another week of working on SwayBang, made quite a few changes mostly configs. Abinstall now supports logging, just add -l or –log to the command and installer will store all the output into /tmp. Not sure how well it will work, could add debug too but would take far more work to setup. Something I … Getting there….
I had a question from a user regarding sound in SwayBang and I replied telling them that I did not see sound as a priority live. Only the thought kept on going around in my head what would be needed to have sound live? Already knew pipewire, pipewire-pulse and wireplumber are included on live iso … Sounds like SwayBang….
Have spent the last few weeks working iso image that is based on Sway tiling window manager. Has taken quite a lot of work to get look and feel as I wanted. My first thoughts were to run Sway as a floating window manager and while it does work it kind of defeats the object … Welcome to Wayland….

Been working towards a summer release with a new background, look and themes. Still not happy with Polybar but I will figure it out. Possibly move clock and replace with window title, shift launchers to the left and maybe add another one. As promised a new iso image is uploaded and includes latest kernel and package updates. Post installation you will find a script in ~/AB_Scripts called ab-pacman-keys run this in a terminal and it will create keys and update archlinux-keyring package. Once done pacman will function as it should. If there is anything you need added … New kernel, new iso ….
